Hungarian Beef Kebabs ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large onions, peeled
- 1⁄2 t Onion powder
- Salt, pepper and paprika
- 3 T Cooking oil
- Skewers
Cooking Hungarian Beef Kebabs
1. In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and paprika with cooking oil, according to desired taste.
2. Add onion powder, then beef cubes.
3. Mixi well and let beef marinate in mixture for about 15 minutes.
4. Cut onions into halves, then quarters.
5. Arrange beef cubes and onions in skewers, piercing in alternate order.
6. Cook beef over charcoal grill according to desired doneness.
7. Brush occassionally with the marinade while cooking.
