Humba

Humba ingredients
- 2 kg pork cut into 14 pcs.
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 1 t Ground pepper
- 1 t vetsin
- 1⁄4 c Cooking oil
- 5 clv garlic
- 1 cn yellow beans (optional)
- 10 g Dried mushrooms (optional)
- 50 g dried banana blossoms (optional)
- 2 c water
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 c Vinegar
- 1 t peppercorn whole (optional)
- 2 Laurel Leaves
Cooking Humba
1. Marinatei pork pieces in soy sauce.
2. Seasoni with ground pepper and vetsin.
3. Set aside.
4. In a pan, brown garlic in oil. Add the marinated pork pieces, yellow beans, dried mushrooms and banana blossoms.
5. Add water and let boil.
6. Add brown sugar, stirring the mixture.
7. Add vinegar and the last 2 ingredients and cook until meat is tender.
8. Serve hot.
