Hot mushroom bacon spread

Hot mushroom bacon spread ingredients
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 3 Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Small onion; chopped
- 1 Cloves garlic
- 2 T flour
- 1 8OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 2 t worchestershire sause
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
Cooking Hot mushroom bacon spread
1. Cook bacon crisp and crumble.
2. Sautei mushrooms, onion and garlic in 2 t of bacon fat until soft, (5 minutes).
3. Stiri until smooth.
4. Add flour, pepper and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
5. Stir in worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sour cream.
6. Serve warm or chilled on crackers.
