Hot fish-pickle ingredients

  • 3 oz Tuna, salmon or anchovy
  • 1 T white wine
  • 1 T Vinegar
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 2 t parsley
  • 1⁄4 t Rosemary, ground
  • 1⁄4 t sage
  • 1 Mint leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 pn basil

Cooking Hot fish-pickle

1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. This fish pickle may be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator, and should then be replaced.
