Hot Dutch Potato Salad

Hot Dutch Potato Salad ingredients
- 4 sli Bacon
- 1⁄2 c Chopped onion
- 1⁄2 c Chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1 t Salt
- 3 Hard cooked eggs
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1 qt Hot, cubed, cooked potatoes
- 1⁄4 c Raw carrot
Cooking Hot Dutch Potato Salad
1. Dicei bacon and pan fry. Add chopped onion and green pepper.
2. Cook 3 minutes.
3. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and beaten egg. Cook slightly.
4. Add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and diced hard-cooked eggs.
5. Blend and serve hot. Variation: Add chopped apple with the onion and pepper.
