Hot Crab with Vegetables

Hot Crab with Vegetables ingredients
- 6 Medium tomatoes;skin/peel
- 1 c Evaporated skim milk
- 2 T margarine
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄8 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 16 oz Imitation Crab
- 1⁄4 lb Mushrooms
- 1⁄2 c Frozen peas
- 1⁄2 c Spiral vegetable pasta
- 1⁄4 c Parmesan cheese
Cooking Hot Crab with Vegetables
1. Cook tomatoes for 5 min. Add milk and margarine, and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add next four ingredients.
3. Stiri in crabl and remove from heat.
4. Meanwhile, steam mushrooms and peas.
5. Cook pasta for 8 minutes in boiling water; drain.
6. Mixi crab sauce with pasta and vegetables in large serving bowl.
7. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
