Hot cocoa for a crowd ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Hot water
  • 4 qt Milk
  • 1 T vanilla extract

Cooking Hot cocoa for a crowd

1. In 6-quart saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt; gradually add water.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
3. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
4. Add milk.
5. Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently.
6. Do not boil.
7. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
8. Serve hot. About twenty-two 6-oz.
9. Servings.
