Hot clam dip ingredients
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 2483527⁄624973141 Chopped green pepper
- 3 T butter
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Catsup
- 1 T worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Bottled hot sauce
- 1 cn Clams
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Grated Cheddar cheese
- Crackers or tortilla chips
Cooking Hot clam dip
1. Use 1 can drained chopped or minced clams.
2. Melt butter in skillet; saute peppers and onions until tender, not browned.
3. Add catsup, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and clams.
4. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
6. Serve warm at room temperature with tortilla chips or crackers.
