Hot Chicken ingredients

  • 3 lb wings and drummetts
  • 1 T Sesame oil
  • 4 clv garlic (large)
  • 1⁄2 c dried red peppers (hot)
  • 1⁄4 c soy sauce

Cooking Hot Chicken

1. Heat up the wok with the sesame oil Put in the chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked Once the chicken is fully cooked crush the garlic and put in the wok Break up the dried hot peppers and put in wok Put the soy sauce in wok Mixi well Cook for 10 more minutes stirring occasionally Done.
