- 5 lb Ripe tomatoes
- 2 med Onions

- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Cider vinegar
- 1 t Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 t Ground ginger
- 1 t Ground nutmeg
- 1 t curry powder
Cooking Hot and Spicy Chili Sauce
1. Chopi vegetables, add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour or a little more until thick.
2. Bottle in sterilized jars.
