Hot and spicy black-eyed peas

Hot and spicy black-eyed peas ingredients
- 16 oz Blackeyed peas, drained
- 3 sli bacon, cooked
- 1 c Onion, chopped
- 16 oz Tomatoes, (1 can)
- 1 large Pepper, chopped
- 1 clv garlic, chopped fine
- 1 t Cumin
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Chili powder
Cooking Hot and spicy black-eyed peas
1. Cook bacon slices until crisp.
2. Using large frypan, or electric frypan, combine remaining ingredients and heat to a low boil.
3. Turn back heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Crumble bacon pieces over top of mixture.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!.
