- 4 T Grated Horseradish
- 1 t Caster sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2 t Mustard. English
- 4 T Single cream
Cooking Horseradish sauce - traditional
1. Mixi all in a bowl and serve.
2. Difficult it aint:) more horseradish means a hotter sauce.
3. A little malt vinegar can be added though this is not recommended for anything other than commercial presentations where costs will outweigh appearance.
