Honey-mustard sauce ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 c white wine
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 3 T Honey mustard
  • Salt, pepper

Cooking Honey-mustard sauce

1. Put butter in top of double boiler.
2. When butter is melted, add flour to form a roux, then add wine, buttermilk and mustard.
3. Stiri until mixture comes to desired consistency.
4. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk (or water).
5. Seasoni to taste.
