- 6 T Dijon mustard

- 4 snapper filets
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Leek
Cooking Honey-Mustard Glazed Roasted Red Snapper with Bananas and L
1. Combine 1 cup wine, honey, mustard and lemon juice; bring to simmer.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Browni snapper in skillet with metal handle 1 minute on each side; remove from heat.
4. Slice bananas at a slight angle and arrange on snapper fillets.
5. Pour honey-mustard glaze evenly over bananas and fish.
6. Glazei under broiler or salamander.
7. Transfer snapper to plate.
8. Reducei leftover liquid in pan, adding ½ cup wine.
9. Pour over fish and garnish with fried leeks.
