Honey-Lavendar Biscotti ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c unbleached flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • c Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 T Honey
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla
  • 2 T Minced zest from 1 orange
  • 1 T Dried lavender blossoms; opt

Cooking Honey-Lavendar Biscotti

1. Sifti first 4 ingr.
2. together in small bowl.
3. Whiski sugar and eggs in a large bowl to a light lemon color; stir in next 3 or 4 ingr.
4. Sift dry ingr.
5. over egg mixture.
6. Then fold in until dough is just combined.
7. Follow steps 3 and 4 in Lemoni-Anisei biscotti.
8. I made some with chocolate chips and pecans and they went over well.
