Honey Zucchini Bread

Honey Zucchini Bread ingredients
- 1 Eggs
- 3⁄4 c Honey
- 3 T Vegatable oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 t Orange peel
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t Ginger
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 1⁄2 c Zucchini
- 1⁄2 c Sunflower seeds
Cooking Honey Zucchini Bread
1. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
2. Add honey, oil and vanilla; mix well.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, peel, soda, ginger and salt.
4. Add flour mixture, zucchini and sunflower seeds to honey mixture.
5. Mixi until well-blended.
6. Spoon batter into well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bakei at 325 °F about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove from pan and cool completely.
