Honey sauce for bread pudding

Honey sauce for bread pudding ingredients
- 1⁄3 c Margarine, pareve
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1 T Honey
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄3 c Boiling water
Cooking Honey sauce for bread pudding
1. Creami margarine and sugar.
2. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and water and cook over very low flame until mixture thickens.
3. Remove from flame and add honey.
4. Serve over bread pudding.
