Honey peanut butter fudge ingredients
- 4 c Sugar
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 c Chopped nuts
- 1 c water
- 1 c Honey

- 1 t vanilla
Cooking Honey peanut butter fudge
1. Boil 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water to soft ball stage (234 - 238°F).
2. Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until stiff.
3. Boil together 3 cups sugar, honey, peanut butter, and ½ cup water to soft ball stage (234 - 238°F).
4. Slowly add to first mixture.
5. Beat constantly until the mixture will hold its shape when dropped from a teaspoon.
6. Add nuts and flavoring.
7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
