Honey Icing

Honey Icing ingredients
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c Honey
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1 c Diced marshmallows
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1 Egg white, stiffly beaten
Cooking Honey Icing
1. Combine sugar, honey, water, and salt.
2. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F). Add marshmallows.
3. Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white.
4. Beat until thick and creamy.
