Honey glazed carrots

Honey glazed carrots ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots
- 1 ea LIGHTLY SALTED WATER
- 2 1⁄2 T margarine
- 1⁄3 c Honey
- 1⁄2 t Powdered ginger
- 1 ea ORANGE ZEST AND JUICE
- 1 ea Salt to taste
- 1 ea PARSLEY FOR GARNISH
Cooking Honey glazed carrots
1. Trim and peel carrots.
2. Cut into thin rounds.
3. Simmeri in enough salted water to cover until tender.
4. Drain and return to low heat and add margarine, stirring to melt.
5. Combine honey, juice, ginger and zest and add to pan. Increase heat so that glaze will reduce, stirring often.
6. Dusti each serving with parsley or mint if desired.
7. Makes 4 servings.
