Honey Garlic Pork Chops ingredients
- 12 pork chop
- 3⁄4 c Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 c Honey
- 6 T soy sauce
- 3 T Dry sherry
- 6 garlic
Cooking Honey Garlic Pork Chops
1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
2. Pour over pork chops and place in covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
3. Remove chops from marinade; reserving marinade.
4. Grilli pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160°F.
5. Bastei occasionally with reserved marinade.
