Honey drops ingredients
- 2 c Strained Honey
- 1 T butter or butter substitute
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄8 t Baking soda
- Few grains salt
Cooking Honey drops
1. Heat honey to boiling.
2. Add baking soda, butter, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Boil to hard ball stage (265 - 270°F).
4. Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous.
