Honey Cumin Glaze

Honey Cumin Glaze ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 qt Honey
- 3 3⁄4 qt Orange juice
- 3 T Ground cumin
- 3 T garlic
- 2 1⁄2 t Orange rind
- 2 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 1⁄2 t Hot pepper sauce
Cooking Honey Cumin Glaze
1. Combine all ingredients except hot pepper sauce in a large, deep saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.
3. Simmeri, stirring occasionally, until glaze thickens and reduces by approximately 1 quart, about 30 minutes.
4. Stiri in hot pepper sauce.
5. Serving suggestions: Bastei poultry and game, pork and spareribs or shrimp.
6. For fajita or taco fillings, glaze mild, firm-fleshed seafood during grilling.
7. Brush on grilled vegetables such as carrots, zucchini or sweetpotatoes.
