Honey 'Barbecued' Glazed Salmon ingredients

  • 2 Large onion
  • 2 c Dry white wine
  • 2 c Tomato juice
  • 1 c Catsup
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Honey
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c worchestershire sause
  • 1 t garlic
  • 1 t Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz Salmon steak

Cooking Honey 'Barbecued' Glazed Salmon

1. Combine onions and white wine in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
3. Add remaining ingredients except fish and stir well.
4. Reducei heat to low and simmer for 1 hour; remove from heat and puree in blender or food processor; set aside.
5. Place salmon steaks in lightly oiled baking pan and baste with sauce.
6. Bakei in preheated 425 °F oven about 6 minutes; turn and baste.
7. Bake until fish just flakes when tested with fork.
