Homemade pesto sauce

Homemade pesto sauce ingredients
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 1⁄2 c Chopped walnuts
- 2 c Snipped fresh basil
- 1⁄2 c Parmesan cheese
- 4 Clove garlic, peeled
- 1 ds Pepper
Cooking Homemade pesto sauce
1. In a food processor or blender, place oil, nuts, basil, cheese and garlic.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add pepper to taste.
4. Makes about one cup sauce.
5. Per tablespoon = 79 calories, 7 g fat (71% calories from fat).
