Homemade chocolate pudding mix ingredients
- DRY MIX
- 4 c Nonfat dry milk solids
- 2 2⁄3 c Sugar
- 1 1⁄3 c Cornstarch
- 1 1/3 c. baking cocoa (up to
- -1)
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- pudding
- 2 c Milk
- 1 T butter Or margarine
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
Cooking Homemade chocolate pudding mix
1. For mix: sift together all ingredients.
2. Stor in an airtight container or plastic bag. For pudding: combine 1 c. mix with milk in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly or do in microwave, stirring occasionally.
4. Stiri in butter and vanilla.
5. Pour into individual serving dishes.
6. Can serve warm or chilled.
7. For pie: can decrease milk by up to ¼ cup. Follow directions for pudding.
8. Cool slightly, pour into baked pie shell.
