- 6 c Unbleached Flour, OR
- -all-purpose
- 4 t baking powder
- 4 t Salt
- 8 c Sugar
- 8 oz Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- -one small package
Cooking Homemade brownie mix
1. Recipe by: _make-a-mix_ by eliason, harward & westover in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Stiri with a wire whisk to distri= bute evenly.
3. Put in a large airtight container.
4. Label with date and conte= nts. Store in a cool, dry place.
5. Use within 10-12 weeks.
6. Makes about 15 cups of brownie mix.
