Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole ingredients

  • 10 Eggs

  • 1 part Cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 16 oz Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 2 c Chilies, green, chopped
  • 1 lb Ham, sliced

Cooking Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter.
2. Chopi ham. Beat eggs until light-lemon-colored.
3. Add flour and remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
5. Bakei 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
