Ho yau gon lo won ton (won ton in oyster sauce) ingredients

  • 40 Won ton
  • 2 qt water
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 T Sesame oil
  • 1 T Thin soy sauce
  • 2 T Oyster sauce
  • 1 Green onion, chopped

Cooking Ho yau gon lo won ton (won ton in oyster sauce)

1. In a large saucepan bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
2. Add won ton and boil for 5 minutes; then, remove with a chinese strainer or colander.
3. Put the cooked won ton in a deep serving bowl, and add all other ingredients except the green onion, and mix carefully.
4. Garnishi with the chopped green onion.
5. Variation: heat sauce in wok; stir fry won ton briefly.
