Hint Of Ginger Marinade ingredients

  • 3⁄4 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 c Dry sherry
  • 1 Small carrot; peeled, minced
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 t Sweet red pepper; minced
  • 1 1⁄2 t Ginger root; minced
  • 2 Small scallions; chopped
  • 1 t Lemon peel; grated

Cooking Hint Of Ginger Marinade

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
