High country fried trout - oz ingredients
- 2 Trout, fresh Cooking oil
- 1⁄2 c Plain flour
Cooking High country fried trout - oz
1. Pour small amount of cooking oil in pan and heat.
2. Clean trout and roll them in flour and place in pan. Cook for approx 3 or 4 minutes on each side.
3. Serve when both sides are cooked.
