Herb-roasted chicken with lemon ingredients
- 1 3- to 3-½-pound
- -broiler-fryer Chicken
- 1 t finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 pk (3 ounces) cream cheese
- -softened
- 1 T Chopped fresh or 1 ts Dried basil leaves
- 2 c Cooked rice
- 2 T Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T - finely chopped
- Lemongrass, if desired
Cooking Herb-roasted chicken with lemon
1. Herb-roasted chicken with lemon rice.
2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
3. mix rice, parsley, lemongrass and lemon peel.
4. Fill wishbone area with rice mixture.
5. Fasten neck skin to back with skewer.
