Herbed Yogurt Topping

- Main Ingredient: Cheese and eggs Yogurt
- Preparation: Food processor

Herbed Yogurt Topping ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 c Cilantro
- 3⁄4 c Fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 t Lime peel
- 1⁄4 t red hot pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 t Fresh lime juice
- 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
Cooking Herbed Yogurt Topping
1. With food processor or blender running, drop in garlic.
2. Add remaining ingredients except yogurt.
3. Blend until very finely chopped.
4. Stiri cilantro into yogurt.
