Herbed stuffed eggs #2 ingredients
- 12 Eggs, Hard Boiled
- 2 T Pimentos, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 c garlic & Herb cheese spread
- 1⁄4 c Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 c Mayonnaise
- Scallions, sliced for
- - garnish
- 1⁄4 c Scallions, finely chopped
Cooking Herbed stuffed eggs #2
1. Halve eggs lengthwise.
2. Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg white halves aside.
3. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, scallions, pimentos and mustard until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
5. Garnishi with sliced scallions and serve.
