Herbed fish fillets ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Enriched Corn Meal
  • -- Aunt Jemima or Quaker
  • 1⁄2 t Salt (optional)
  • 1⁄2 t dill weed
  • 1⁄2 t Paprika
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1 lb Cod, halibut or sole fillets
  • -(fresh, or frozen & thawed)
  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 T Milk
  • 2 T margarine or butter, melted

Cooking Herbed fish fillets

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine corn meal and seasonings.
3. Dip fish in combined egg and milk.
4. Coat with corn meal mixture.
5. Place in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. Drizzle with margarine.
6. Bakei 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Garnishi with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
