Herbed Crackers ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c Fearn® Soya Powder
  • 1⁄2 c butter, softened
  • 1 t Xanthan gum
  • 3⁄4 t dried marjoram
  • 3⁄4 t Dried oregano
  • 3⁄4 t basil, chopped
  • 1⁄2 t worchestershire sause
  • water

Cooking Herbed Crackers

1. In medium mixing bowl, combine cheese, soya powder, butter, xanthan gum and herbs.
2. Blend until mixture resembles coarse meal.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce and just enough water to form the dough into a ball.
4. Roll dough into a 1-1/2 inch thick cylinder.
5. Wrap dough in plastic and chill 1-2 hours until firm.
6. Slice dough into 1/4 inch slices.
7. Place on greased cookie sheet.
8. Bakei at 350° for 12-15 minutes or just until lightly brown.
9. Per serving: 0. 8 g carbohydrates, 34. 8 calories, 0. 4 g fiber, 2. 9 g fat, 1.
10. 7 g protein.
