Cooking Herb salt

1. Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle.
2. Store in a small herb jar. Makes 1 ¾ teaspoons.
3. if substituting fresh herbs for the dry in this mixture; triple the amount called for. As fresh is less potent than dried.
