Hearty venison soup

Hearty venison soup ingredients
- 4 T Corn oil
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 3 c water
- 1 T worchestershire sause
- 1 c Celery, sliced
- 1 lb Venison, cubed
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 c Chopped onion
- 2 Potatoes, peeled, cubed
Cooking Hearty venison soup
1. In large kettle, heat oil, add venison, and brown all sides.
2. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and set aside.
3. Add sausage, sliced, to kettle and brown on all sides.
4. Drain off drippings.
5. Add tomatoes (broken up with a spoon), water, onion, worcestershire sauce, and browned venison.
6. Heat to boiling.
7. Reducei heat to simmer, cover and cook until almost tender - about 1 ½ hours.
8. Add cubed potatoes and sliced celery and simmer until vegetables and meat are tender, about 1 hour more.
