Hearty roast beef sandwiches ingredients
- 1⁄3 c Commercial sour cream
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t Prepared horseradish
- 4 Individual french loaves
- 4 sli Provolone cheese, halved
- 1 lb Thinly sliced cooked roast
- Beef
- 1 c Alfalfa sprouts
Cooking Hearty roast beef sandwiches
1. Party.
2. Combine sour cream, mustard, and horseradish.
3. Split bread loaves in half horizontally, and spread sour cream mixture on cut surfaces.
4. Top bread bottoms with cheese and roast beef.
5. Replace bread tops, and wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil.
6. Bakei sandwiches at 350 °F for 25 minutes.
7. remove bread tops, and place alfalfa sprouts on top of roast beef.
8. Replace bread tops.
9. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
10. Yield: 4 servings.
