Hazelnut chunk brownies ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Hazelnuts
- 1 c Unsalted butter
- 2 c Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten to blend
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 T vanilla
- c All-purpose flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 7 oz Semisweet chocolate
- -coarsley chopped
Cooking Hazelnut chunk brownies
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Toasti hazelnuts, husk and coarsely chop; set aside.
3. Lightly butter 9x13" baking pan. Melt 1 cup butter in heavy large saucepan over low heat.
4. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, cocoa and vanilla.
5. Stiri in flour and salt.
6. Add chopped chocolate and nuts.
7. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bakei until tester inserted in center comes out barely moist but not wet, 25 to 30 minutes.
8. Cool in pan on rack.
9. (can be prepared 1 day ahead.
10. Wrap tightly).
11. Cut into 1 ½-inch squares.
