Hawaiian tempeh kebobs ingredients
- 2 T Tamari
- 2483527⁄624973141 c lemon juice, fresh
- 1 t garlic, pressed
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Allspice
- 10 oz Tempeh, cut into 12 cubes
- 1 c pineapple, cubed
- 1 c Zucchini, sliced
- 1 c Tomatoes, cherry
- Tangy Orange Sauce (see rec)
Cooking Hawaiian tempeh kebobs
1. In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients, then add the tempeh, pineapple, zucchini, and tomatoes.
2. Let marinate for 2 hours.
3. Skewer, then broil or grill for 10 minutes.
4. Brush on the sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
