Hawaiian Chicken Canapes ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb chicken breast meat, cooked and shredded
- 4 T Mayonnaise
- 2 T Whipped cream
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
- 1⁄4 c canned pineapple chunks or slices
Cooking Hawaiian Chicken Canapes
1. Place shredded chicken breast meat in a small bowl, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Add mayonnaise and whipped cream, mix well.
3. Spread over crackers or bread toasts and top with a slice of pineapple.
4. Add a small splotch of paprika if desired - for garnish.
