Haricot mutton

Haricot mutton ingredients
- 1 lb Neck and breast of mutton
- 1 small Turnip
- 2 Sticks celery
- 1 Onions
- 1 T Tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 small Carrots
- 1 T flour
- 1 T drippings
- 1 pt stock
Cooking Haricot mutton
1. Method: Cut the meat into mouthful size pieces and trim off the fat. Slice up the vegetables.
2. Melt the dripping in a pan. Dredgei the meat with the flour and fry until brown.
3. Take out the meat and fry the vegetables, then put all the ingredients in the pan and seson to taste.
4. Simmeri for one and a half hours.
