Hamburger Quiche

Hamburger Quiche ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 2 T Biscuit mix
- 9 pastry shell
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Creamed cottage cheese
Cooking Hamburger Quiche
1. Sautei ground beef, onion, and 2/3's of the mushrooms in a skillet until the beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in pastry lined pan. Beat eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix well.
2. Pour over meat mixture, and garnish with remaining mushrooms.
3. Bakei in 375~ oven for 1/2 hour.
4. Serve the quiche hot.
