Hamburger chilaquiles ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 1 pk (1 ¼ oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 c (4 oz) chopped green
  • Chiles
  • 1 c (28 oz) whole tomatoes with
  • Liquid, cut up
  • 1⁄2 pk (12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 4 c (16 oz) shredded Monterey
  • Jack cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Sour cream
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar
  • Cheese

Cooking Hamburger chilaquiles

1. Cook ground beef and onion unil meat browns and onion is tender; drain.
2. Stiri taco seasoning, chilies and tomatoes.
3. Simmeri for 15 mins.
4. Uncovered.
5. Place half the tortilla chips in a 13x9x2 baking dish.
6. Put half of the meat mixture and half of the monterey taste of home ground beef collection 1996 editio.
