Ham topped potatoes ingredients
- 3 med Baking potatoes
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 2 c Skim Milk
- 1 T Dijon mustard

- 2 c Cut up fully cooked smoked
- -extra lean ham (about 8
- -ounces)
- 1 pk (10 ounces) frozen
- -asparagus cuts, thawed and

Cooking Ham topped potatoes
1. Heat oven to 375!.
2. Bakei potatoes about 1 hour or until tender.
3. Mixi cornstarch and milk in 2-quart nonstick saucepan.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
5. Stiri in mustard, pepper and cheese.
6. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
7. Stir in ham and asparagus; heat through.
8. To serve, cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
9. Serve sauce over potato halves.
10. 6 servings.
11. Microwave directions: arrange potatoes about 2 inches apart in circle in microwave oven.
12. Microwave on high 10 to 13 minutes or until tender decrease milk to 1 ¾ cups.
13. Mix corn starch and milk in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
14. Microwave uncovered on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened stir in mustard, pepper and cheese until cheese is melted stir in ham and asparagus.
15. Microwave uncovered 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
16. Serve as directed.
