Ham Souffle ingredients

  • 3 c French bread,cubed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Cheddar cheese,cubed
  • 3 c Ham,cubed
  • 1 cn B B mushrooms (1 cup)
  • 1 small Can ripe olives,sliced
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 T Dry mustard
  • butter, melted
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 3 c Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Ham Souffle

1. Put bread,ham,cheese,mushrooms and olives in buttered 9 x 12 pans.
2. Mixi flour and mustard.
3. Sprinkle over layer.
4. Repeat until all is used.
5. Pour a little melted butter over top. Beat eggs and milk together.
6. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Remove 1 hour before baking.
9. Bakei 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
10. Serves 6.
