Ham Souffle

Ham Souffle ingredients
- 3 c French bread,cubed
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Cheddar cheese,cubed
- 3 c Ham,cubed
- 1 cn B B mushrooms (1 cup)
- 1 small Can ripe olives,sliced
- 3 T flour
- 1 T Dry mustard
- butter, melted
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 3 c Milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Ham Souffle
1. Put bread,ham,cheese,mushrooms and olives in buttered 9 x 12 pans.
2. Mixi flour and mustard.
3. Sprinkle over layer.
4. Repeat until all is used.
5. Pour a little melted butter over top. Beat eggs and milk together.
6. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Remove 1 hour before baking.
9. Bakei 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
10. Serves 6.
