- 1 T Salt

- c Milk
- HAM FILLING
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Ground cooked, lean ham
- Apx. 2 ½ c lightly packed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c light cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Pepper
- 1 T Dry mustard
- 2 T Pickle relish
- Beef Filling
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Ground, raw beef
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chili sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Finely chopped onions
Cooking Ham or beef pinwheels
1. Preheat oven to 450f sift together dry ingredients.
2. Cut ini shortening.
3. Add milk mixing lightly until dry mixture is dampened.
4. Turn on to floured board, knead for a few seconds.
5. Roll into a rectangle approximately 10 x 12". Mixi ingredients of desired filling together well.
6. Spread on biscuit dough.
7. Roll up like a jelly roll, and cut into 1" slices.
8. Place slices on greased baking sheet.
9. Bakei 12 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned.
