Ham Loaves

Ham Loaves ingredients
- 2 lb pork, ground
- 2 lb Ham; ground -- fully cooked
- 4 c Bread Crumbs -- Dry
- 4 Egg; lightly beaten
- 1 c Milk
- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar; brown -- packed
- 3⁄4 c water
- 1⁄2 c Vinegar
- 1 t Mustard -- dry
Cooking Ham Loaves
1. In a bowl, combine pork, ham, crumbs, eggs and milk.
2. Shape into 12 ovals, using 1 cup of mixture for each.
3. Place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mutsard; pour over the loaves.
4. Bakei, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Place the loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them.
