Ham loaf ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb Cured Ham
  • 3⁄4 lb Ground beef
  • 1⁄4 lb Fresh ground pork
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 3⁄4 c Milk
  • 1⁄2 c Cracker Crumbs, Crumbled
  • 1⁄2 c Tomato soup
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t Pepper
  • Glaze
  • 1⁄2 c Brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 c crushed pineapple

Cooking Ham loaf

1. Directions: in large bowl, mix well by hand the meats, egg, milk, crumbs, soup, and pepper.
2. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bakei 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
3. Bob hoga.
